The sale, possession and use of certain non-explosive and non-aerial consumer fireworks is now permitted in Minnesota.A bill of sale needs to clearly identify the parties involved in a transaction, the item being sold, the selling price, and the date the transaction took place. If you make retail sales of taxable items in Minnesota, you must register to collect Minnesota sales tax. Specifically Permitted: Wire or wood sparklers of not more than 100 grams of pyrotechnic composition per item. No fireworks can be sold outdoors without a zoning Condition Use Permit.
