NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED for the following: OFW with sufficient proof of status such as iDOLE Card, valid employment contract (authenticated by POEA), and work visa. Senior Citizen with Senior Citizen ID. Person with Disability (PWDs) with PWD ID or visible disability. Solo Parent with Valid Solo Parent ID.

Only Special Lane Eligible applicants, including those with exceptional and emergency cases (medical or death in family), are allowed to walk in at the Special Lane in DFA Aseana and other Consular Offices in the Philippines. Non-emergency applicants must secure an online appointment at passport.ph.
Can I go directly to DFA without an online appointment? A confirmed appointment is MANDATORY for all passport applicants at their chosen DFA office. Only the following individuals are exempt from this requirement, provided they present valid identification and supporting documents: Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
Emergency Expedited Passports If you need a passport in less than two weeks, you can do so only by appointment with a federal passport agency office (14 nationwide, including one in New York City). The phone number of the New York City passport agency office is 877-487-2778.
