The person who served the documents should fill out an affidavit of service. Rule 1-323 requires that it contain a certificate of service. From the Civil menu click Other Documents, then choose Local Rule. "Discovery" is a process you can use before your trial to find out information from another party. There are several ways to ask the other party questions. After you serve the debtor with the questions, send written proof of service to the court. To file the Certificate of Service, click on Civil, Service of Process, and choose Certificate of Service from the drop-down menu.
