Form 11 PF is a self-declaration form that contains the EPF history of the employee and is mandatory for an employee to fill out upon joining an organization. It can also be used to transfer the PF account automatically.

Fill in the details of your family members, including Aadhaar number, name, gender, date of birth, relation, guardian's details (for minors), and address. Save the family details and use the "Add Row" option if you have more nominees. Select nominees from the list and allocate the total amount share for each nominee.

The employees should enter the following details on the joint declaration form EPF: Date of form submission. Regional PF commissioner address. Name and company name. Correct particulars, i.e., particulars that need to be corrected or updated in the PF member account.

Login into the EPFO member portal entering the login ID and password on the home page. Click on 'Manage' located at the menu bar and select 'KYC' from the drop-down menu list. Select 'Bank' in the options available. Enter all details of the bank including the account number and its IFSC code.

You must log on to the EPF portal and enter your UAN and password. You then choose 'Online Services' from the menu bar. You then pick the tab 'Claim', which contains Form 19, Form 31 and Form 10C. You will be directed to the next page, where you will see the service history, KYC requirements and member details.
