What if I need to withdraw from a course? You may WITHDRAW after the drop deadline using MyPima. You can also submit a Withdrawal Form to Student Services at any campus by the deadline (See the Academic Calendar for the date). Important Definitions Course Drop: Removal of a course from your schedule prior to the end of the first week of class. Course Withdrawal: Any removal of a course from your schedule after the end of week one using the online form provided.
The College has a minimum academic requirement for all credit earning students. Students who maintain a 2.0 GPA and 67% completion rate cumulatively remain in good academic standing.

Generally, the maximum jail sentence you can receive for a misdemeanor is 364 days. This means that inmates can stay in county jail for less than a year before they must be released.

A small claims lawsuit is a voluntary and simplified procedure. Small claims court may only decide lawsuits in which the plaintiff's claims are not more than $3,500 and the defendant's counterclaims are not more than $3,500, not counting interest and costs.
