The Foreign Language Associate in Arts Degree is designed to prepare students to acquire knowledge and academic skills to transfer to a four-year institution and earn a baccalaureate degree in Foreign Language or similar major.

ACTFL assessments can be used to meet the College's foreign language competency requirement and or earning college credits. A minimum of six credits awarded on one exam or a minimum of novice-high proficiency in all four skills is needed to meet the foreign language competency requirement.
