The format of the meeting is as follows. The Leader/Speaker will begin reading, we will go around the room, each reading a paragraph (or more) from the Big Book for 10-15 minutes. Our Leader / Speaker will then share on the reading for 10-15 minutes, and we will open the meeting for sharing.

Although no one will ever pressure you to speak, it is good to introduce yourself to the group. The Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and the Twelve Traditions of AA are two different sets of principles that guide members of AA on their journey of recovery. While the Twelve Steps focus on individual recovery, the Twelve Traditions guide the functioning of AA as a whole.
