DIR-11. Notice of resignation of a director to the Registrar.
Submission of Form DIR-11 by the Resigning Director: The director who has resigned can send a copy of their resignation to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) using Form DIR-11 within 30 days from the date of their resignation. This submission should include: The resignation notice that was submitted to the company.
Form 11 is due on 30th May of each year. All LLPs registered under Limited Liability Act, 2008 have to annually file two forms – Form 11 and Form 8. Annual Return: Form 11 is to be submitted within 60 days of closure of the financial year i.e 30th May of each year. (Financial year closes on 31st March.)
