If there's nothing we can do to change your mind, your subscription to Xfinity Instant TV can be cancelled online. To submit your cancellation request, please visit xfinity/instant-tv/cancel. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to process your request.
Unsubscribe from your iSVOD channel Select the Info button on your remote while watching a program from the channel you're subscribed to. Select My Subscription from the information bar. Select Unsubscribe. You'll see a confirmation message, letting you know that you have successfully unsubscribed from the channel.
