Insert a form or quiz into OneNote Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your school credentials. Open the OneNote Class or Staff notebook in which you want to insert a form or quiz. On the Insert tab, select Forms. A Forms for OneNote panel will open and dock on the right side of your OneNote notebook. Select Sign in.
From the Insert tab, click Page Templates and choose the Page Templates option. Click Save Current Page as a Template. Type in the name, and optionally, you can set this as a default template for new pages in the current section. Doing this will save you time if you create a new OneNote calendar every month.
Open the document or file that you want to send to OneNote (for example, Microsoft Word for document files, or a browser for web pages). Select the Print option in the application. From the list of printers, choose Send to OneNote. Choose Print, and OneNote will open behind your application.
On the ribbon, choose Insert > Page Templates. In the Templates task pane, click the small arrows next to the category names to expand them. To apply a template to a new page, select its name in the list. If you don't like your selection, select another template to replace your previous selection.
