Students are able to withdraw from a class (or classes) on CougarWeb. CougarWeb will process total withdrawals.
Students receiving a grade of 'F' may repeat the course with benefits one time. If it is necessary to repeat the course a third time, the student must first successfully complete the course and then request the Collin College Financial Aid/Veterans Affairs Office complete the certification.
You DO NOT need to submit a petition to initiate this process. Instead, you may drop yourself from a course through your MyCanyons account online, or in person at Admissions and Records on either the Valencia or Canyon Country campus.

When ready to transfer to UNT, students will complete the Texas Common Transfer Application and submit all necessary academic credentials to the university's Admissions Office. The Texas Common Transfer Application may be completed online at .applytexas or Eagle Bound.
