Pima Community College (PCC) encourages all individuals to further their education. No person will be denied admission to, or registration for courses at the College on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
A student is considered full-time when they enroll in 12 or more credits per semester. The First Year Experience (FYE) Program hosts seven different engagement opportunities on-campus and online for new Pima students who are within their first year (30 credits) at Pima.
If you choose to complete Connect U Orientation by attending a live session, you must be present for the entire 4.5 hour event in order to get your hold lifted so you may register for classes.

Online – You complete class activities online at your own pace on the PimaOnline platform and may have some flexible meeting times. Virtual – You attend live online meetings on specified days and times and complete additional work independently. Hybrid – You learn online and in-person.

Grades are viewable on the student's MyPima Academics tab. Grade reports or mailers are not mailed. To challenge a grade, a student must do so through a formal process. Please refer to pima/current-students/complaint-processes/.
