The color printing potential of your edible ink printer may go wrong through the following possible causes including: An empty edible ink cartridge. An edible ink cartridge not properly attached to the printer. A defective ink cartridge.
Some paper types may not support color printing. Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. If they are, run the head cleaning utility to clear them34. Check the ink levels of your printer and replace any low or empty cartridges12.
