New students are issued a username and password for CougarWeb as well as a campus wide identification number (CWID) at the completion of admission. If you do not have your username and password, take a picture ID to the Admissions and Records Office at a campus near you or e-mail admissions@collin.

I need access to OneLogin applications, but don't have access to my phone? Employees: Call the Help Desk 972-548-6555 for a one-time code or email helpdesk@collin. Students: Call the Help Desk 972-377-1777 for a one-time code.

On the Outlook Sign In page, follow these steps to access your inbox: Enter your Dallas College Username (“e” + student ID @ student.dcccd, example: e9876542@student.dcccd). Enter your Dallas College (eConnect) Password. Click the Sign in button.

Step 1: Go to collin.onelogin and login with your username and password. Step 2: Click on the Office 365 icon. Step 3: Click on the Outlook icon. Step 4: Sign in with your Collin username @collin (Ex:Cougar1@Collin) and password.
