2.86 Unlawful Use of Communications Facility / 21 U.S.C. Sec. 843(b) refers to the use of communication facilities, such as telephones, radio, television, and the internet, for illegal purposes. It is a federal crime to use any communication facility, such as a telephone, radio, television, or the internet, to commit certain crimes or to facilitate certain criminal activities. There are two different types of 2.86 Unlawful Use of Communications Facility / 21 U.S.C. Sec. 843(b): 1.
