The county recorder shall record a conveyance or lease of agricultural land presented for recording even though not presented within one hundred eighty days after the date of conveyance or lease.
In Minnesota, the landowner must give three months' written notice to terminate the lease. However, if the farmer is required to make monthly rental payments, the lease can be terminated with just one month's written notice.
562.6 Agreement for termination. If a written agreement is made fixing the time of the termination of a tenancy, the tenancy shall terminate at the time agreed upon, without notice.

Can a private company lease agricultural land in India? No, a company cannot lease agricultural land in India. Under the Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, non-agriculturists cannot own agricultural land, and under the Land Leasing Act, they cannot lease agricultural land, both Acts being at the State level.
562.1 Apportionment of rent. The executor of a tenant for life who leases real estate so held, and dies on or before the day on which the rent is payable, and a person entitled to rent dependent on the life of another may recover the proportion of rent which had accrued at the time of the death of such life tenant.
To terminate a periodic, year-to-year tenancy, Missouri law (Section 441.050 RSMO) requires that written notice be made by the party wishing to terminate the lease to the other party not fewer than 60 days before the end of the lease period.
Ending the Lease The lease should define the notification responsibilities. If a month-to-month lease does not include specific provisions for notifying the landlord, you must notify the landlord, at least one full rental period before the last rent payment is due, that you plan to end the lease.
