An answer is a reply to a question or a solution to a problem. In law, an answer refers to a defendant's first formal written statement to a plaintiff's initial petition or complaint. This opening written statement will admit or deny the allegations, or demand more information about the claims of wrongdoing.
(F) Immediate Consideration. When an appellant requires a decision on an application in fewer than 35 days, the appellant must file a motion for immediate consideration concisely stating why an immediate decision is required.
On a separate page or pages, write a short and plain statement of the answer to the allegations in the complaint. Number the paragraphs. The answer should correspond to each paragraph in the complaint, with paragraph 1 of the answer corresponding to paragraph 1 of the complaint, etc.
Rule 2.313 - Failure to Serve Disclosure or to Provide or to Permit Discovery; Sanctions (A) Motion for Order Compelling Disclosure or Discovery. A party, on reasonable notice to other parties and all persons affected, may apply for an order compelling disclosure or discovery as follows: (1) Appropriate Court.
Personally served with a complaint in Michigan Must serve and file an answer or take other action, as permitted, within 21 days of being served with notice.
When drafting an answer, one must: (1) follow the local, state, and federal court rules; (2) research the legal claims in the adversary's complaint; (3) respond to the adversary's factual allegations; and (4) assert affirmative defenses, counterclaims, cross-claims, or third-party claims, if applicable.
Fill out form MC 03 (Answer, Civil) on the website or get a paper copy from the court to fill out. Write in the court number, case number, the court address, the court telephone number, and the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the plaintiff and the defendant exactly as they are on your court papers.
MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION The moving party must demonstrate a palpable error by which the Court and the parties have been misled and show that a different disposition will result by correcting the error. MCR 7.311(G), referencing MCR 2.119(F)(3).
There is no resistance present when we genuinely accept something in our lives but when we're resigned there is usually a lot of inner resistance present. So: Why does this distinction between acceptance and resignation matter so much? Because living a life filled with bitterness matters.
Acceptance is a form of responding instead of reacting. Resignation would be an example of reacting while acceptance would be an example of how we choose to respond.
