This 24-Hour Notice of Landlord's Intent to Enter Premises Residential - Landlord to Tenant form is for use by Landlord to notify Tenant of Landlord's intent to enter the Leased Premises for inspection or other legal purpose, stating the time and date of the intended entry. At least 24 hours prior notice must be given Tenant, who has the right to reasonably postpone Landlord's entry (see law summary).
