Wyoming Renewal of Trademark or Service Mark is a process for the renewal of an existing trademark or service mark registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State. It allows the trademark or service mark to continue to be legally protected and used in commerce within the State of Wyoming. There are two types of Wyoming Renewal of Trademark or Service Mark: (1) Renewal without Amendment and (2) Renewal with Amendment. Renewal without Amendment is for existing trademarks or service marks that do not require any changes or updates to the registration. Renewal with Amendment is for existing trademarks or service marks that require changes or updates to the registration, such as changes in ownership or contact information. The Wyoming Renewal of Trademark or Service Mark must be filed with the Secretary of State's office within five years of the expiration date of the existing trademark or service mark, or within one year of the date the trademark or service mark was cancelled and/or abandoned. The renewal fee is $50 per trademark or service mark.
