Wyoming Consents To Appointment By Registered Agent is a legal document used by a Wyoming business entity to appoint a Registered Agent to act as its authorized agent for service of process in the state of Wyoming. The Registered Agent is a company or individual who has agreed to accept and receive legal documents on behalf of the business entity. There are two types of Wyoming Consent To Appointment By Registered Agent: a consent to appointment of a Registered Agent and a consent to appointment of a Resident Agent. The consent to appointment of a Registered Agent must be signed by the Registered Agent and the business entity, while the consent to appointment of a Resident Agent must be signed by both the Resident Agent and the business entity. Both documents must be filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State in order to be valid.
