Wyoming MISC GA 12. Order on Motion is a motion issued by the Wyoming Supreme Court in order to maintain the uniformity of the law within the state. It is a uniform order outlining the procedure for the filing of a motion for summary judgment in a civil case. The motion is also known as the Wyoming Motion for Summary Judgment and is applicable in all civil actions in the state. There are two types of Wyoming MISC GA 12. Order on Motion: (1) Generic Order on Motion for Summary Judgment and (2) Order on Motion for Summary Judgment with Notice. The Generic Order is used when the parties have already agreed on the facts of the case, and the Order with Notice is used when the parties have not agreed on the facts.
