Order Setting Hearings are court proceedings in which a judge or magistrate hears evidence and arguments to decide whether to grant a petition for guardianship, conservatorship, or other protective order. There are two types of Wyoming MCP 13. Order Setting Hearings: contested hearings and uncontested hearings.
