Wyoming EC VSP 12. Affidavit of Imputed Income is a document used by the court in Wyoming to determine the amount of child support a parent should pay. The affidavit is used to calculate the amount of income that a parent is deemed to have, even if they are not currently employed. This is known as imputed income. The affidavit must be filled out by the parent who is obligated to pay child support. There are two types of Wyoming EC VSP 12. Affidavit of Imputed Income: • Full-time Employment Affidavit: This affidavit is used to calculate imputed income based on the wages and other benefits associated with full-time employment. • Self-Employment Affidavit: This affidavit is used to calculate imputed income based on the income and other benefits associated with self-employment.
