Wyoming Abatement 4. Notice of Immediate Approval of Claim for Abatement of Child Support is a form issued by the Wyoming Department of Family Services that allows parents to request an immediate abatement of their child support payments. It is used when a parent or guardian has filed a petition for an abatement of child support, and has received approval from the court. The form must be completed and submitted to the Wyoming Child Support Enforcement Division along with any supporting documentation. There are two types of Wyoming Abatement 4. Notice of Immediate Approval of Claim for Abatement of Child Support: Temporary Abatement and Permanent Abatement. With a Temporary Abatement, the parent or guardian can request a temporary abatement of their child support payments, which can be granted for a period of up to six months. With a Permanent Abatement, the parent or guardian can request a permanent abatement of their child support payments, which can be granted for an indefinite period of time.
