Wisconsin Acknowledgement of Dispositional Conditions and Sanctions (Delinquency/LIPS) is an agreement between the court, the juvenile offender, and their parent/guardian that sets out dispositional conditions and sanctions for delinquent behavior. Dispositional conditions are consequences that are designed to hold the juvenile accountable, and sanctions are court-ordered punishments. The Wisconsin Acknowledgement of Dispositional Conditions and Sanctions (Delinquency/LIPS) document includes the following types of dispositional conditions: Probation; Community Service; Supervised Aftercare; Restitution; Drug Testing; and Educational/Vocational/Substance Abuse Course Requirements. Sanctions may include: Detention; Fine; Restitution; Court Appointment Costs; and Community Service.
