Wisconsin GF-129 Order of Satisfaction is a form used by Wisconsin courts to record the payment or satisfaction of a judgment against a debtor. It must be signed by the debtor, the creditor, and the court. The form is used to record any agreement or arrangement made between the debtor and the creditor for the satisfaction of the judgment. The Wisconsin GF-129 Order of Satisfaction can be used in two different types of situations: 1) To record the payment in full of the judgment and the release of the judgment lien, or 2) To record a partial payment of the judgment and the continuation of the judgment lien. The Wisconsin GF-129 Order of Satisfaction must be filed with the court in order to be legally effective.
