The Washington Plan Development Quality Assurance Review Form is a tool used to assess the quality of a project plan development process. It is a structured review of the project plan development activities that have been performed and assesses the quality of the process in meeting the requirements of the project. The review form is used to ensure that the project plan development process is performed in accordance with the Washington State Department of Transportation's (WSD OT) Quality Assurance Program. There are three types of Washington Plan Development Quality Assurance Review Forms: Design Quality Assurance Review Form, Construction Quality Assurance Review Form, and Project Management Quality Assurance Review Form. Each form assesses different aspects of the project plan development process and provides a score for each aspect. The score is used to determine the overall project plan development quality.
