Washington Deed of Trust Long Form is a legal document used to secure a loan or other debt obligation with real property or personal property as collateral. It is a three-party instrument between a borrower (trust or), lender (beneficiary) and a neutral third-party (trustee) that holds legal title to the real property and is responsible for administering the trust.
