Vermont Schedule A/B: Property (individuals) is a form used by Vermont taxpayers to report and calculate the amount of their income tax liability. It is used to report income from sources such as wages, salaries, tips, pensions, interest, dividends, capital gains, rental income, and business income. Vermont Schedule A/B: Property (individuals) also includes other deductions and credits that may be available, such as real estate taxes and personal property taxes. There are two types of Vermont Schedule A/B: Property (individuals): Form IN-111-A and Form IN-111-B. Form IN-111-A is used to report and calculate income from personal property, while Form IN-111-B is used to report and calculate income from real estate.
