The Utah URCA Participation Agreement is a document that outlines the rights and responsibilities of participants in the Utah Unmanned Aircraft Systems Regulatory Commission (URCA). This agreement outlines the requirements for the safe and responsible operation of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in the state of Utah. The agreement covers a variety of topics, including registration, insurance, training, safety, and privacy. It also outlines the responsibilities of the URCA in regard to enforcement and oversight. There are two types of Utah URCA Participation Agreements: Standard and Enhanced. The Standard Agreement covers the requirements for registration, insurance, training, safety, and privacy. The Enhanced Agreement covers additional requirements for UAS operations, such as airspace requirements, flight restrictions, and security measures. Both agreements must be signed by the operator prior to the operation of a UAS in the state of Utah.
