Utah Motion To Terminate Guardianship And-Or Conservatorship is a legal document filed with the court to end the guardianship and/or conservatorship of an adult or minor. This motion allows the guardian and/or conservator to be removed and replaced with a more suitable guardian and/or conservator, or for the ward to be allowed to manage their own affairs. There are two types of Utah Motion To Terminate Guardianship And-Or Conservatorship: voluntary termination and involuntary termination. Voluntary termination is when the guardian and/or conservator voluntarily resigns or the ward is able to independently manage their affairs. Involuntary termination is when the court removes the guardian and/or conservator due to misconduct or the guardian and/or conservator no longer being fit to serve.
