Withdrawal of Registration of a Foreign LP Utah Withdrawal of Registration of a Foreign LP is the process of deregistering a foreign limited partnership with the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code. This process is available to any foreign limited partnership that has filed an application for registration with the Division and is no longer conducting business in the state of Utah. There are two types of Utah Withdrawal of Registration of a Foreign LP: voluntary and involuntary. Voluntary withdrawal occurs when the foreign limited partnership voluntarily files an application for withdrawal with the Division.
