18 U.S.C. Sec. 2256(11) INDISTINGUISHABLE — DEFINED is a law that defines the term indistinguishable inin regard tos to visual depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct. This legal definition states that a visual depiction is “indistinguishable” when it is virtually impossible to tell whether the depiction is of an actual minor or a digitally created or enhanced image. In other words, a depiction is considered "indistinguishable" if it is impossible to tell with any certainty whether the image is of an actual minor or a digitally created or enhanced image.
