Sec. 1963(A)(2) FORFEITURE ELEMENTS is a federal law that outlines the elements of forfeiture that must be established for a conviction under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. This section states that, in addition to any other applicable criminal penalty, any person convicted of a RICO offense shall forfeit to the United States any interest the person has acquired or maintained, or property used to facilitate or engage in the racketeering activity.
