18 U.S.C. Sec. 1029(A)(1) Production, Use or Trafficking in Counterfeit Access Devices is a federal law that prohibits any person from knowingly producing, using, or trafficking in counterfeit access devices. Examples of these access devices include passwords, credit card numbers, access codes, and other similar devices.
