Texas Exhibit F is a collection of legal documents that are required to be filed by certain entities in the state of Texas. These documents include information such as the entity's name, address, type of business, governing documents, and the name of its registered agent. Texas Exhibit F comes in two varieties — an Original Certificate of Formation and an Amendment to Certificate of Formation. The Original Certificate of Formation must be filed with the Texas Secretary of State in order to create a new entity in the state. The Amendment to Certificate of Formation must be filed when an entity wishes to make changes to its existing Certificate of Formation, such as changing its name, modifying its business purpose, or changing its registered agent.
