Texas Federally Mandated Income Withholding for Support (TWO) (form) (1TAC 55.118) is a form used by the Texas state government to enforce child support orders. This form is used to ensure that the non-custodial parent pays the required amount of support on time. The form is used by employers to withhold the required amount of support from the non-custodial parent’s paycheck. It is also used by the Texas state government to ensure that all payments are received and that all child support orders are complied with. The form is available on the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services website, www.acf.hhs.gov. There are two types of TWO forms: the IWO-TX-1 form and the IWO-TX-2 form.
