South Dakota Annual Report (Foreign Cooperative) is an annual report that must be filed by foreign cooperatives registered in South Dakota, in order to remain in good standing with the state. This report must be filed with the South Dakota Secretary of State within 120 days of the end of the fiscal year for the cooperative. The report includes information such as the name and address of the cooperative, its registered agent, and the names of its officers and directors. It also requires the cooperative to provide a financial statement of its assets and liabilities, as well as its income and expenses. There are two types of South Dakota Annual Report (Foreign Cooperative): the limited liability company (LLC) and the foreign corporation.
