South Carolina Application for Expenditure(s) is a form required by the South Carolina State Budget and Control Board for the purpose of authorizing expenditure of funds for state agencies, state universities, and other governmental entities. The form is designed to provide a detailed account of the expenditure, including the purpose, the funding source, the amount to be expended, and the approval of the expenditure. There are three types of South Carolina Application for Expenditure(s): (1) Expenditure Authorization Form; (2) Interagency Transfer Form; and (3) Revolving Fund Request Form. The Expenditure Authorization Form is used to document and authorize the expenditure of appropriated funds. The Interagency Transfer Form is used to document the transfer of funds from one agency to another. The Revolving Fund Request Form is used to document and authorize the use of revolving funds.
