The South Carolina Statement of Creditor's Claim (Mandatory) is a document that must be filed along with a Complaint in South Carolina civil court. It is used to provide the court with an itemized listing of the debts and other liabilities owed to the creditor. The form must include a statement of the facts concerning each obligation, including the date, amount, and nature of the obligation; the name of the debtor; and the security, if any, for the obligation. The creditor must also provide evidence of the debt, such as a copy of the contract or other document that created it. There are two types of South Carolina Statement of Creditor's Claim (Mandatory): one for secured obligations and one for unsecured obligations.
