Entity Verification verifies the status of a business entity in the state and includes entity name, entity type, jurisdiction of formation, status, and other related information. Taxpayer Verification is used to verify the status of a business entity in the state and includes taxpayer name, taxpayer ID, filing status, and other related information. UCC Verification verifies the status of a Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filing and includes filing number, debtor name, secured party name, and other related information.
