Pennsylvania Praecipe-attorney IFP (In Form Paupers) is a type of court document used to request that the court waive filing fees due to financial hardship. This document is filed by an attorney on behalf of a plaintiff in a civil case. It is most commonly used in divorce, custody, and other family law cases, as well as personal injury and civil rights cases. There are two types of Pennsylvania Praecipe-attorney IFP. The first is an Original Praecipe-attorney IFP. This document must be filed with the court, and includes information about the case, the plaintiff’s financial situation, and the attorney’s contact information. The second type is a Renewal Praecipe-attorney IFP. This document is used to renew the waiver of filing fees if the plaintiff’s financial situation has not changed.
