Pennsylvania Davis Bacon Highway June 16, 2017 (1.0 MiB) is a set of specifications and guidelines that set out the requirements for the construction of highways in the state of Pennsylvania. The specifications cover the design, materials, and construction techniques of highways, with particular emphasis on safety and sustainability.
