A Pennsylvania Affidavit (sometimes referred to as a "Pennsylvania Statutory Affidavit") is a legal document used to provide sworn testimony in a court of law in the state of Pennsylvania. It is a sworn statement made under penalty of perjury, and must be signed by the affine and witnessed in front of a Notary Public. Pennsylvania Affidavits are used to establish facts, establish truth, or to provide information for legal proceedings. There are several types of Pennsylvania Affidavits, including a Certificate of Non-Marriage, a Child Support Affidavit, a Family Law Affidavit, a Landlord-Tenant Affidavit, an Income and Expense Affidavit, and an Affidavit of Warship. Each type of Affidavit serves a different purpose and contains different information.
