Pennsylvania Articles of Involuntary Dissolution — Domestic is the legal document used to dissolve a domestic business, such as a corporation, limited liability company (LLC), or partnership, in the state of Pennsylvania. The document is filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State. It must include the name of the business, the county in which it is registered, the reason for dissolution, and the signature of the person filing the document. There are three types of Pennsylvania Articles of Involuntary Dissolution — Domestic: (1) By Court Order, (2) By Creditors, and (3) By Directors/Shareholders.
