The Oregon Memorandum of Understanding (YOU) is a document that outlines the agreement between Oregon's State and Federal agencies, and other entities, on a broad range of issues. The allows for cooperation between the parties in fields such as natural resource management, land use planning, economic development, and disaster preparedness and response. It also includes provisions to ensure that the interests of all stakeholders are represented and that decisions are made in an open and transparent manner. There are two main types of Oregon Mouse: Intergovernmental Mouse and Agency Mouse. Intergovernmental Mouse are agreements between the State of Oregon and the Federal government, and other entities, on specific topics and objectives. These agreements are typically signed by the Governor of Oregon and the Secretary of the Interior. Agency Mouse are agreements between two or more State agencies, or between a State agency and a local government. These agreements are typically signed by the Directors of the respective agencies.
