Oregon Supplemental Judgment Modifying a Domestic Relations Judgment is a court order that is issued when a person seeks to modify the terms of an existing Domestic Relations Judgment. This order can be used to change the amount of support payments, child custody, property division, or other provisions of the Domestic Relations Judgment. There are two types of Oregon Supplemental Judgment Modifying a Domestic Relations Judgment: (1) for modifying an existing Domestic Relations Judgment and (2) for creating a new Domestic Relations Judgment. The first type of order is used when the parties have already decided on the terms of the Domestic Relations Judgment and now one party wants to change those terms. The second type of order is used when the parties are starting anew and creating a new Domestic Relations Judgment. In either type of order, the court must consider the best interests of the children and the financial circumstances of the parties.
