Oregon Articles of Organization (Domestic LLC) is a legal document which is filed with the Oregon Secretary of State to form a limited liability company (LLC) in Oregon. The Articles of Organization must be signed by one or more of the company's organizers. There are two types of Oregon Articles of Organization (Domestic LLC): the Standard Articles of Organization and the Special Articles of Organization.
