Oklahoma Order of Adjudication / Disposition is a court decision that adjudicates a person's guilt or innocence in a criminal case. It is a formal declaration of the outcome of a criminal case, either finding the defendant guilty or not guilty. Depending on the nature of the case, an order of adjudication or disposition can be either a guilty verdict or a sentence. There are three types of Oklahoma Order of Adjudication / Disposition: (1) Guilty Verdict, (2) Sentence, and (3) Not Guilty. A guilty verdict is a finding of guilt and can include jail time, fines, restitution, probation, or other penalties. A sentence is the punishment imposed by the court for the crime committed. Not guilty is a finding of innocence and the defendant is released from all charges.
