Oklahoma EOM Transmittal Reports are documents used by employers in the state of Oklahoma to report employee wages to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (ESC). These reports are used to determine and verify an employee’s eligibility for unemployment benefits. There are two types of Oklahoma EOM Transmittal Reports: the Paper EOM Transmittal Report and the Online EOM Transmittal Report. The Paper EOM Transmittal Report is a physical document that is completed manually and then sent to the ESC. The Online EOM Transmittal Report is an electronic document that is completed online and sent to the ESC. Both types of Oklahoma EOM Transmittal Reports must be completed accurately and include detailed information such as the employer’s name and address, the employee’s name and Social Security Number, the date of hire, total wages earned, and any taxes withheld. This information is used by the ESC to determine an employee’s eligibility for unemployment benefits.
